kg9996 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading personal information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Identification of duplicate accounts;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting kg9996 support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request an exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. 7.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg9996, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

8.1 Service Availability

kg9996 operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 8.2 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures during a live game round, or incorrect display of game outcomes — kg9996 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance. No further compensation beyond the return of the wager is owed in respect of a malfunctioning game round. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the kg9996 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of kg9996 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kg9996 content without express written permission.
